Maybe someone can help, I have run out of ideas.
Phone Manager on the old IP403 worked fine but now system has been upgraded to IP500 R8 phone manager is 4.2.40 some users are losing their settings.
There about 15 PCs and the default profile is stored to a shared drive which is the default \avaya\phone manager and then a whole series of folders corresponding to the extension numbers (this was all created by the phone manager.
With the IP403 this worked fine, but the IP500 seems to pick up the most recently stored profile, so when booting up in the morning most people pick up the wrong one.
I have tried saving the profile to the local C: drive with some success, but a handful of machines will sometimes pick up the local profile and sometimes give an error "profile not found". Clicking OK then takes it to the shared folder. I can't work out why a PC sometimes logs on OK and sometimes fails.

Any thoughts on how to lock the profiles would be much appreciated.
