Phone Manager PC Softphone and CCC.

I have IP500 with v4.0(7) firmware and CCC v5.0(43) with DeltaServer v5.0.14 (and v5.2.13 on another PC).
All agents has PC Softphone (v4.0.15) with Force Login ticket and blank Login Code (any other combination doesn't work).
All agents are in Idle state (also when they shut down PC Softphone!!!). How can I make that they will LoggedOff State in CCV (and Delta Server of course)? The "Extn LogOut" Short Code doesn't work also.

Anybody know how can make this?

I know about this Tips, but I don't found information about How do I LogOff users of PC Softphone. They are still IDLE/READY status in Delta Server and Call Center View (although agents closed application).
