Phone Manager Passwords

Hi,

I have a question about the Phone Manager Passwords. Does anyone else find it odd that there is no way for the user to manage their own password? With voicemail the user can change it all they want but it appears that the admin has to set the phone manager password and from then on the user cannot change it.

If I am incorrect on this please let me know.

How do any of you handle your phone manager passwords other than leaving it empty? Leaving it empty doesn't seem to be an option as it allows anyone to command your phone which certainly bothered my manager. Does anyone have a workaround?

I haven't found a way to use the phone manager offline.
But for the Softconsole you can login with Administrator and password
