Has anybody installed Phone Manager on an Application Server yet? We have a client using it in this manner, and there is very high CPU usage happening even when Phone Manager is sitting idle. We are running the latest and greatest release of Phone Manager, and we have seen one instance actually spike to 41%. Any ideas?

Nothing worth having comes without sacrifice.

Hi,

I use it on our system under NT 4 Terminal Server Edition. I have also tested it under Windows 2003 server and it works fine also.

Phonemanager does seem to eat up CPU time when it first launches but then settles down.

If you are still having issues with it drop me a line and maybe we can figure it out.
