Phone Manager not working with LCR

Hi Guys,

Got an IP403 which I have been trying to setup Extn billing on. Turns out the LCR Carrier is so bad that the usual shortcodes don't work.

Instead, I have had to do the following:

SC: 9
TN: 1666DE
FT: Dial

As you can see, there is no N or ? or . being used. The second I use a variable or wildcard, things fail.

However, what I have also had to do in order for CLI to show correctly in call status etc, is to remove the Dial Delay Count and Dial Delay Time. Otherwise, Call Status would not show the first few digits of the called number.

So, now that LCR and Extn Billing work perfectly - here is my current problem....

In Phone Manager on the Called Number tab, it only shows 16660, and drops the rest of the number. Phone Manager and Call Status display the correct realtime information, but just not the historical info.

Any ideas - IT'S DRIVING ME CRAZY!!!!

Just checked this on a couple of other unit who use LCR without Extn billing, and it's fine.

Could it be Extn billing which is causing it?
