I have a new site that is trying to use phone manager lite on V9 which I know is not supported but it works on our IP office i have working in the office. The system is on the latest version 9 software and phone manager installs and can see the system but fails to connect when you click user list. It can browse and find the system ok. I have run the firewall.bat file and opened all ports.
The customer has a LAN network for all the PC's/servers which is 192.168.1.xxx range and then I have separate switches connected to the WAN port on 192.168.43.xxx The LAN port is set to 192.168.1.61 and the WAN port is 192.168.43.1 I have done this as the customers network was not good enough to Vlan everything off and its something were implementing later this year. I have an IP route to allow the LAN port to talk to anything on the same range. Is there something I need to do to make the LAN port talk to the WAN range?
