Phone Manager Issue

Hi Guys

I have a user who has a strange issue.
we are currently using phone manager lite 2.1.16, on a 406 system. (i know but we're changing to ip 500v2 in 2 weeks).
the user in question cannot move / re-position the phone manager. it has the double arrow stretch cursor when he moves over it. the only thing different between user and the rest of them is he has a dell laptop with a port replicator utilising another monitor and the desktop extended from monitor (main) to laptop (secondary).

any ideas

This sounds like a second monitor issue where phonemanager or softconsole is maximized.
Try it on the other screen, it should work fine there.
There is no resolution for this.

If you're changing to new control in a couple of weeks, I wouldn't spend too much time on it since PM is no longer supported.
