IP500 V2 running 6.1.12 with one Phone Manager Pro License.
I have one user set to use PMP in pro mode she is also the only user using PM everyone else is using one x portal.
When she logs in to PMP it defaults to LITE instead of pro, when i disconnect PMP system status shows her extension still using LITE it's as if it never disconnected or PMP is still running.
I have set other users to pro and tried to log into PMP and they all get LITE and then after exiting PM system status still shows PM connected.
I have deleted the license file and added it back in.
I have deleted the user account and recreated it.
I have deleted the user account and recreated it with a different name and extension.
I have upgraded the firmware.
I have defaulted the system and reloaded the config.
I have rebuilt the config and loaded it.
nothing will fix it however while the config was defaulted i slapped the license on and tested it and it worked fine..
I am out of ideas..
