Hi all,
Customer is a busy call centre, answering calls on behalf of several companies.
Calls in go to hunt groups and then go to an agent. A TAPI command pops a script and Phone Manager is also used as a quick reference if they need to find a number (to save going in to the main database).
Problem is that sometimes a call is answered but Phone Manager doesn't realise that there has been a call.
Has anyone come across a similar problem?
Are there any diagnostics available to see if the data is being sent out of the CCU?
Alchemy Phone Manager did not have any problems...
IP500v1 and 5.0(26). Phone Manager is 4.2(40)
