Hi,

One thing that is really frustrating about Phone Manager is that the speed dials tab has to be repopulated each time a new user logs in or an existing user logs into a different computer. Therefore I was wondering if there is a configuration file that can be used to populate the speed dials?

If you are going to keep the same speed dials for all users, then you can export the key in the registry and import to the PCs.

smpatel1,

Many thanks for the reply. I took a look in the reg but could not find any related entries, where should it be?

Mark

In the registry the speed dials are a binary value called ListViewSpeed2. under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Avaya\IP400\PhoneManager

So, if you export the key and import it on the new PC (makeing sure the path are ok), you should have all your speed dials. I just did this and works fine for me.

smpatel1,

Sorry for the delay in replying - I just read your post - thankyou very much!
