phone manager call status

hi,

i just upgraded to phone manager 2.1.12 on my terminal server. When i want to see if someone in my speed dial is on the phone usually a red X appears by their name, however this is not happening even though i know they are on the phone. Is there a configuration that i missed? is there any way to fix it so i can see the user's call status?

it only happens on one of my Terminal servers. the other one operates as it is suppose to. i guess i'll try to do a complete uninstall again. i am just wondering if anyone else has run into this problem.
