Phone Manager and Soft Console

Can someone clarify the difference between Phone Manager and Soft Console?

We have an IPO 500. I can use the Phone Manager but the Soft Console will not load.

They are 2 different pieces of software

One is a personal productivity tool for managing phone calls

The other is a full blown operators console.

I'll let you try and work out which is which.

One will not work, because it requires a licence, which I guess you don't have. The other doesn't require a licence to work in the basic (lite) mode

Phone Manager Pro (per seat)---10 of those
and
Phone Manager Pro IP Audio Enabled (users) --- 5 of those

Is it possible that you actually meant something like this?

Personally, I thought it was an apt response to your statement that you have a number of Phone Manager Pro and Softphone licences. Unless, you were expecting me to confirm that you actually don't have a Softconsole licence, in which case it was inappropriate.
