I just setup CCC and want to use Phone Manager for the agents. Do I need Phone Manager Pro licenses for the agents to utilize the Agent Mode feature, or is that licensing part of the CCC Agent licensing?
When ever I try to login to Phone Manager, as soon as I select the IPO the Expand button goes dark and I can not select that option.
