Phone Manager 4.2.25 Many Problems

I don't know where to even start but has anyone come across any issues with the latest release for Phone Manager on the IP500. One of the big issues is while the user is on a call...the login screen pops up with the user's info to basically reconnect...if they click OK the call gets dropped. I believe the same happens when they click cancel. After the call ends if the user clicks cancel on the login screen a message pops up saying "Access violation..Phone Manager..." and the program shuts down. Any clues on what may be the cause?
 
Sounds like the aplication is losing it's network connection to the IP Office for some reason :)

Disable the Firewall, check if the Virus scanner has a Firewall enabled.

Check ping timeouts to the IPOffice
