Have any of you ever experienced the following?
When site recieve incoming calls via the phone manager they get An error message "Class not registered" pop up on there screen and will take 4 attempts to clear. they can still take the call fine.
I have uninstalled the Phone manager software and re-installed using Administrator rights but it still throws out the same error message.
Any advice would be really helpful.
