Phone Manager 4.1.20 Issue

Have any of you ever experienced the following?

When site recieve incoming calls via the phone manager they get An error message "Class not registered" pop up on there screen and will take 4 attempts to clear. they can still take the call fine.

I have uninstalled the Phone manager software and re-installed using Administrator rights but it still throws out the same error message.

Any advice would be really helpful.

 
Check the requirements. OS ? Try another PM release.

Why don´t you use IP Office Video Softphone ? Works great. Check if you have the right licenses.

I have seen that pop up on a few machines, even when machines running the same OS worked fine in the same office, I think it's to to with what windows components are installed by the OEM :)

It is defo not a PM fault as i have uninstalled and installed a new version, i thinks its to do with the PC Admin settings

 
i know mate i have already tried explaining this with site but they are not listening

 
try reinstalling .net


Computers are like Air conditioners:-
Both stop working when you open Windows
