Phone Manager 2.1 slows down terminal server

We have had three complaints from sites with 2003 and 2000 terminal servers where they have installed phone manager 2.1 or 2.0 and the Terminal server has slowed down significantly to the stage where it is unusable.

We didn't see this issue on 1.4 so these sites have gone back to 1.4.

Have several 100+ Citrix / Terminal Server user sites running Phone Manager 2.1.

No performance issues.

1 bug relating to Absent messaging switching all forwarding off is our only problem.

Version 2.1 comes with the Tutorial switched on when Phone Manager is first run.

This did hit the performance of the server until switched off for each user.

Hi the problem I am having since upgrading to phone manager 2.1.7 on the citrix servers each user has to have their own directory with the phonemanager.exe in to work correctly. This wasn't nesecarry in version 1.48. Any ideas
