Phone Lose Long Distance Capabilities

Phone srvice fine one day and the next the line has lost long distance capabilities. When a lone distance number is dilaed a recorded error message is generated!
Why just this individual account and not a block of TN's or DN's or even an entire Trunk?

Are you dialing the same # when its working and when it's not? This is from the same phone? Software does not change at all so I would say user error or a carrier problem. We would have to know how your trunks are set up. Are you using copper trunks to dial out to LD, hopefully not.Are you hitting your failover and then having a problem? If the pbx was blocking the call you would get a fast busy.
