Phone login codes on TDA200 Version 2 sw.

Running a KXTDA 200 and used it plenty of times on previous sw but cannot for the life of me get this working on a switch.

I want Extension 262 to have a password of say 1234.

do I need to program a log in log out button on the phone.

useing the tda software ......go into extentions...then into options 4......look for ext 262 then type 1234 under the colum marked pin..

Thats done. Gives line acess all the time. You dont need to set COS and TRS for this do you????

to lock the ext off hook type *77 1.....to unlock type *77..0..then pin

make sure the "TRS level on lock" is set at 7 in COS programming
