Phone location unknown

I have an 1140E that keeps flashing Phone Location Unknown on the display. When I look up the TN it shows a 10.10.4.83 IP but it should have a 10.43.0.xx IP. I have deleted the TN and re-created, I changed out the set. I checked the ZONE and it's correct for the floor. I made sure the phone was unplugged when I did the changes and did a backup and waited an hour before I plugged it back in. any ideas?

The DHCP server it's getting its address from is giving it one in the wrong scope, so your location server doesn't know where it is (likely). It's not on the phone system - it's probably on your network. Make sure the data switch port it's programmed into is correct, etc.

Thanks, I checked and the port on the switch was not tagged for the phone. rebooted and pulling the correct IP now.
