Not sure exactly how to word this but I need to set one specific phone number for one of our branches so that Employee's only can call in (one line out of four) and keep the rest of the numbers on the assigned call schedule (no calls before 9 a.m. and none after close). This way if someone is either sick or needs to tell someone they will be late they can do so!
