Phone lines and Call Times!

Not sure exactly how to word this but I need to set one specific phone number for one of our branches so that Employee's only can call in (one line out of four) and keep the rest of the numbers on the assigned call schedule (no calls before 9 a.m. and none after close). This way if someone is either sick or needs to tell someone they will be late they can do so!

It sounds like these lines are analog lines?

Is the gateway that these lines come into configured as MGCP gateways or H.323?

I would need to know exactly what you are doing to be of more assistance but I beleive it could be done asuming MGCP gateways and TOD partitions.



 
I believe it's MGCP. But the lines all go through the CM Server. I'm still trying to figure out a few other settings as well. But hour new Network Admin here is also guessing it's MGCP. From what I know about the lines we've got 4 lines at Arnold, 4 Lines for High Ridge, and 5 lines here at Central. Now the phones we're originally configured for Arnold. One of their 4 lines doesn't obey the Unity call times. The number the use isn't listed in the phone book so no one can call in before 9 except employee's. Now Central doesn't need this because we're on different lines and Patrons don't call us; however, over at High Ridge they need one of their lines setup the same way as Arnold.
