Yes, I am walking you through adding a button to a phone. The "phone" is the extension number of the single line port that you intend to use for your alarm. Even through it is a single line station port, in programming it has all 28 "buttons" on it. You are going to assign a "Pool Button" to it, and tell it to pick that pool when going off hook, so as not to need to dial the 9 for outside access.
Your trunk report shown lines 825 through 847 in Pool 70. Best guess is that is a PRI, but it is still valid for this.
Assume the extension number of the single line station port you want to use for your alarm is 170
Go to Extensions, Lines and Trunks, 170, Enter, Entry Mode, 825, Enter. This will assign the Pool button to the phone.
Go to Centralized Telephone Programming, Program Extension, 170, Enter, the SA buttons will light up. The 3rd or 4th one up from the bottom left will light up solid, and when you press it you will see Pool 70-I. Dial *45 and the light will go out. Press the button again and it will see Pool 70-N. This will set the pool NOT to ring on Ext. 170
Now press the button again, dial *14, press the Pool button one more time, and dial **14. This will give Ext. 170 the outside dial tone when it goes off hook
Press Exit to get out of programming.
This should give you Ext. 170 able to dial out without needing to dial 9 first.
