Phone is just blinking on second inbound calls on Electra Elite 48

I am not familiar with NEC PBX not even know how to access the phone system.

We have a problem with the second inbound calls coming, the phone will not ring (no audible rings) but the key is blinking.

The first incoming call will ring just fine. It is only for second, and third incoming calls.

Is this something that we can fix it easily?

Is there any guide/instruction somewhere?

We have Electra Elite 48
