Avaya IP office 406 system.

For the Phones, Will I need to run cabling to a new patch panel, or can I use the existing switch we have in our office to connect to the station ports?

Each phone in the end can only be on 1 port correct?

What would be the best route

Sorry for the questions, I haven't worked much with this type of technology yet

You seem to confuse VoIP and digital phones. If they are VoIP phones then they can plug into your existing network so long as that network is accesible by the IPO. If they are digital, then yes, one port per telephone.

This is not really IPOffice but general telecoms 101.
Like pmcook says, IP -> switch, digital or analog -> physical ports.

BAZINGA!
