Phone guide for users?

What I’m looking for is a basic phone guide that I can give a new hire explaining how their 2616/2008 works along with a lot of the basic buttons that are added (hands free, transfer, conference, programming autodials, etc etc). Nothing major but something that will reduce the “how do I transfer a call” or “how does the intercom on this phone work?” calls/emails that I get.

Anyone have a good one? Or know of one that I should look at?
