Phone Extensions dialing other extensions

I have a 2 406s on 3.0.4, I moved a user(extension) from one to the other and now when you dial the entire 10 digit number the phone rings at the original location. If you dial the 4 digit extension the call goes to the right location. I have done this before and havent experienced this. Another phone in the huntgroup if dialed using DID rings an internal extension. Any ideas?

I moved a user from config1 to config2 and now when you dial the 10 digit number egarea code)(XXX-EXT) the phone rings at the original location of the phone that has a different extension. If you dial the EXT only the phone rings to the right phone.

I know this sounds simple but check your incoming call route is pointing to the correct user extension number.

Also check that extension numbers are not against multple port id's in the extension area of manager

Damn, I over looked the incoming call routes haha. That was the problem, there were multiple changes to alternate destinations. Anyways thanks
