Hello All,
I am happy to join this informative forum and look to have a good time with you all.

I have the following setup at the moment:
A SIP line connected to the IPO, and from the IPO, a H.323 trunk is connected to the CM. All my phones is connected to the CM only.
ITSP >>>>SIP>>>> IPO500v2 >>>>H.323>>>> CM

The following is the call flow setup:
1. Calls are landing on IPO
2. An incoming route will receive the call and destine it to the same number
3. A shortcode then will respond to the call generated by the incoming call route and destine it to the same number on the H.323 trunk connected to the CM
4. An incoming route in CM is configured to destine the call to the required extension

Incoming and outgoing calls are working all fine, the only problem is that the caller ID displayed on the phone is in this format (X > Y) where X is the caller number and Y is the number that the caller is dialing.

I hope the scenario is clear and I appreciate any suggestions.

Thank you.
