This means that the phones need at least two appearanse buttons but they are not programmed.
So assign two or more appearance buttons and the problem is solved.
After researchin I realized that the phones that had the correctly display had line appearance assigned. Those that show feature select did not. So I had to assign line appearance buttons to all that did not and that resolved this problem.
This problem may have occured while working with the paging zone. Trying to get it to work.
