Phone directory Alias

Is there a way in IPO 9.0.3 to create an Alias in the phone book for a Group so that the 2 entries exist at the same time.

Create a user without an extension
Name it whatever you want
Unconditional call forward that user to the ring group or extension that you want the alias for.


I currently do this with one of my SE builds and it works great.

Ahh, not directory, misleasing topic.

Two Hunt Groups, one overflows instantly to the other. Either with overflow function or a ghost user.
