I upgraded our system from 6.1 11.14.2406 to 6.1 11.15.4400.0 The unzip and install on the HQ server and DVM went fine, but I think I messed up and rebooted my branch site switches before the HQ switches that hold the phone firmware updates. Now all of the phones are Out of Service (operational) and the switches are all connected.
I have tried rebooting in suggested order, re-installing the update and static IP on some phones. All failed!
I can call in and get to my voicemail and Auto Attendent and dial out from the Personal Call Manager. And ideas?
