Phone calls no longer go to voicemail account

Have a phone that decided to no longer send calls, busy or not, to callpilot. All others on system are working fine.

HTA FNA, MARP, with hunting and FNA pointing to voicemail ext like normal. Tried deleteing mail box and recreating with no luck so I'm thinking something with phone or switch. Nothing was changed, just did it on it's own.

Any one have any idea's or experianced this? Have been unable to get a print out copy for posting.

User is unable to FWD to or call the call pilot ext.

Print out this phone, then print out a good phone. Compare them side by side to make sure every option is the same on both sets.TGAR,NCOS, CLS options etc. If all looks the same try a different TN, different phone, out it and rebuild possibly making a copy of one of the good phones.
Let us know what you find.

Due to being remote site wont be able to rebuild on new TN until Monday.
