Hello,

We recently experienced a critical situation where a call was placed from one internal extension to another on two separate occasions and on both calls there is a time discrepancy of 11 to 27 seconds. We are currently running Call Manager 10.5

*Example*

x1111 called x2222 on 12/19 @ 10:01:52a

When selecting the "Placed Calls" directory from x1111 it displays "Today at 10:01:52a"
When selecting the "Missed Calls" directory from x2222 it displays "Today at 10:01:41a" <---- The call was missed 11 seconds earlier?

If anyone has experienced this and/or could offer any explanation it would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you

Thank you, CDR shows 10:01:52a. So is it known (other than me, obviously) that the times displayed on the phones are to be taken as a general figure and should not be used for making any type of formal case with? I assume then that the phones are not presenting their data on behalf of the CDR information.

Are the phones at the same location? My initial thought is that the phones are using 2 different NTP sources.
