Is it possible to setup a feature button on a ip phone ( 9620 etc.. ) that can dial a VDN number?

I know you can setup a TEAM button so extension numbers but i need it so you users can call our support desk via one button?

you could build it against an abbreviated dialing personal list and program on a button

busy-ind" is dual function button, shows busy state as well as autodial
"autodial" fixed dial a number button
"abrv-dial" reprogrammable dialing by user

ok brilliant thanks. .

Is there any way of push this button to all users instead of doing it manually?

explain better as your 1st question only ask how to access a vdn from a button

sorry..

I have create the button, thanks for that.

But now i need to get this on to all the phones that are registered.. is the possible?

Which way did you build it? if as an auto dial then just program it on all the phones

i used autodial ..

i know i can program it on all phones but how do get on all phones with out programming each phone manually.

you would have to program each phone with this feature button, or build it against a system abbreviated list, then find the access code and give this to all people who need to access it

You can use Find and Replace in ASA to put the button on all users.

You create a template with the buttons you want the users to have and the use that in your replace, just make sure you don't overwrite some other information.
