phone agent not login in solidus Ecare 8.3

my phone agent are not log in...
when i am dailing my logon BVD number it shwoing call queue...
should i hv to do do extra programming for phone agent..
pls help me out.
 
Hard to tell,

did you configure the logon BVD in OAS and SeC Configuration manager?

yes i already configured BVD in OAS as well as CM.
WHEN I DAILING BVD NO IT SHOWING CALL QUEUE .
 
Check your OAS trace logs, maybe you have your wav files in the wrong location of the root container? They should be in voice\nextcc\<language>

Have you put your extensions into OAS to be monitored?

do you have licensing for phone agent, earlier versions is a separate license.
