Phone access to Embedded Voicemail and IPO. 1

Does anybody know if and how you can Access the IPO and the Embedded Voicemail by a 1416 set to do voicemail admin, such as resetting passcodes,changing names, and intializing mailboxes?
Also to do phone system admin such as setting the time and date, and programming system speed dials? This is on an IPO 7.0

Sry bad joke...

You must use manager to do that and no need to initialize mailbox, they are fully fonctionnal when created
