Phone 9601 keep only rebooting

Hello guys ,

i have issue that happend here for the 1st time , we are upgrading phones (9601) to latest firmware release. but the cable of one phone was stuck and unplugged at the moment of saving to flash process , and when we plug the cable again , it keep only reboot .

is the a procedure for resetting the phone or something ?

It should be able to get the file server address from DHCP. Usually it has a firmware and a backup firmware. To be honest I am not sure because I never used 9601 since they are not officially supported with IPO
