Phone 30 Module Not being Detected Unless We Delete & Add It Again

We have an IPO 500 Version 1 with a Phone 30 Module attached. Regularly the analog phones stop working and we noticed that the Phone 30 Module wont be detected on the IPO. Only after we delete the module from the config and add it again does it get detected and phones are up again. This is happening regularly now and we have tried changing the Expansion port on which the modules are connected. We are using the blue Avaya supplied cable to connect module to IPO.

Anyone faced similar issue? How to resolve this?

Have you tried replacing the phone 30?

also make sure the phone 30 is powered up 1st before the 500v1 control unit

I had this same problem a few years back. After a day of troubleshooting I eventually defaulted the system, reprogrammed and everything has worked since.
