Phone 1608 keeps rebooting

HI all,

I have a avaya phone 1608 that keeps rebooting.
When you power it up, you see the dots appear then "restart" and it reboots.
It keeps doing this over and over and you cannot even use CRAFT .

This happened after a power failure.
So is it best to tell the client to buy a new phone or is there a way to still recover the phone

Yeah, the phone's firmware has is faulty!

This used to happen on SCNs with two systems on different versions. It would upgrade or downgrade the phone if it failed over.
