Phoenix 4 version 6 bios update

Does anyone know where I can get an update for this bios?
--Phoenix 4 version 6 bios update

And what are the steps to install the update if I do
not have an OS installed in my harddrive.

The reason I am needing is because I am tring to install win2000 but the bios does not recognize the hard drive.
In bios, under hard drive it has "bootable add-in card"??

fyi - my computer is an NEC 300mhz, P2 w/mmx technology
id#: 845594101
s/n: P386N09997
AN5596774 is the # on motherboard

Pheonix bought out Award BIOS I think
If it;s a major manu PC - gateway/dell/ibm/hp
you NEED to go to their site for upgrade

THANK YOU ALL BUT I HAVE FOUND NO LINKS TO THE DIRECT BIOS UPDATE AND INSTRUCTIONS TO INSTALL.

MY HARD DRIVE WAS WORKING WITH WIN 98 BEFORE UNTIL I DELETED IT TO PREPARE FOR WIN2K INSTALLATION, STRANGE??

set the primary master to "Auto"
make sure the jumpers are correct and the hdd is the only device on the cable
