Philips TV Tuner Card

I Have A Philips TV Tuner card pmt-nspo2a what drivers do i need to install this card, i have nero and roxio installed on my pc they both have capture software but im pretty sure the card require some type of driver.

Yes, you do. You should be able to google "philips" and get their website. If not here are some driver websites for you:

However, as stated above, you should be able to google the Philips website. Philips is a very well-known european brand name, i thinks they are in the Netherlands, or close, like Dutch, Scandinavian, Dutch i think.

One more thing, you should be able to get a model number from the card you have there?
