Philips Sopho IPC 100 device

With an internal call, my Sopho IPC 100 device doesn't ring anymore, it directly answers the caller on speaker. Which is very annoying. Can anyone tell me the right digit combination to end this situation?! *18 or *31 are not doing the trick.
