In group policy is there a way to make it so people can only print if they have password? I looked under control panel but all i could find was, disable people to edit the add/remove printers options.

Also kinda wonding what would cause the printer to download stuff from the boxes about 100x slower now. It takes about 2minutes to recieve a 2mb file, when it used to be around 1-2seconds

all boxes on windows2k and linked to switch (10/100mbit in each box) and login using active directory. Printer is a Phaser 6200 DP
