I have a small business that mainly recycles toner cartridges. One of our customers have a couple of the phaser manchines. They have the 860N. They hade just bought the extended maintenance kit and installed it and it still is saying that you should buy a new kit and install it. But when I check the life on the M-kit it is saing it has 100% left. What is the problem here? Help. Thank you .
