Phaser 860 Repairs in the SF Bay Area

I have got the error message that everyone says is to replace the bulbs(15.004.45) and was wondering if there is anyone in the San Jose area that does this type of quick fix as side work for a few extra dollars. I can probably do it myself but have to find the time and would rather pay someone a few extra dollars that has done a few.
