After receiving a Paper Jam Error on start-up - found that one of the beige flags broke off in the upper feed roller assembly (with circuit board) - anyone know where I can get a flag or must I get the entire assembly.

You need to buy the entire assy p/n 351110600 about $46. If you trya to remove a flag from an old assy there is a good chance it will break coming of or going on. The flags them selves are not part numbered by Xerox.
