My 860 suddenly began to jam EVERY page under the Front Cover. Oddly, pages fed thru the Manual Feed print fine. While checking for paper shreds I removed the Maintenance Drawer and I noticed a piece of broken plastic lying on top of the right side of the Maintenance Drawer. the plastic part is about 1/2inch square, and looks like a part of a flag. But what flag? And is it hard to replace?
