HELLO,
I'M NEW USER!
EXCUSE FOR MY ENGLISH, I'M ITALIAN.
I'M LOOKING FOR HELP ON PHASER 860:WHEN I PRINT, THE DISPLAY SHOW: "PAPER JAM, OPEN EXIT COVER TO CLEAR".
IF I PRINT A DEMO PAGE THE PRINTER WORKS FINE.
THE PROBLEM IS MORE FREQUENT WHEN THE PRINTER HAS BEEN JUST POWER ON.
