Phaser 860 Paper Jam on Warm up 1

I have a Phaser 860 DP that needed the pre-heater bulbs changed. I found the instructions online and replaced the bulbs. When I turned the printer back on it starts up and runs for about 30 seconds and then the front panel reads Paper Jam open front cover. There is no paper jam. I have changed the upper feed assembly. I looked at the fault codes and I am getting fault code 22,500

Can anyone help me with this?
