Phaser 860 noise and error code 08.004.47

Wow, this is a new one on me. The service manual lists
8,003.46 and then goes to 8,009.65 but from the looks of things, the 8,xxx.xx errors are associated with the CWP (Cap, Wipe Purge) assy. I would check to make sure it's level, by using the marks on the sides of the printer, and then return it to it's down position, and then powering on the printer.
