My Phaser 860 does not complete its warmup without throwing up the 15,004.45 error. I noticed that it never becomes warm to the touch on the outside, and the white light is no longer visible through the side panel. I read on here that it could be a burned out bulb...any hints on how to replace the bulb, where it can be purchased, or any other problems that might be the cause?

Error 15,004.45 is indeed a failed drum heater problem. The preheater (or maybe only the bulbs) should be replaced. Where to buy, don't know, don't live in the US...

There are 2 quartz halogen lamps in the drum heater that have probably burned out. They are GE 120V B1 Q150 T2.5/CL.
