Hello,
I have a Phaser 860 printer. It has a manual feed paper tray, a small paper tray, and a larger optional paper tray installed. When I print from the small paper tray, the image will be about a inch lower on the paper than it should be.
When the printer prints a light stripes page (after a cleaning), the bottom line on the report page (the orange stripe with the Xerox logo) is not printed on the paper, but ends up on the next few pages printed. It is like the paper was not lined up properly with the image on the drum, and the bottom part of the image is left on the drum after the page comes out.
If I print from the manual feed or the optional large paper tray, everything is perfect. I have cleaned the rollers, thinking the paper is slipping when it is being taken from the tray, but it made no difference. Please help if you can. Thanks.
